The time has come to sharpen those blades and get ready to dropkick some freaks through rooftops again — because Dying Light: The Beast just hit PC, and I’m about to throw myself headfirst into the chaos.

If you’ve been around my streams or social posts for more than a minute, you already know I’ve got a soft spot for anything Dying Light. That brutal parkour-meets-zombie-smashing gameplay? Yeah, it scratches that itch. And now with The Beast finally out, it’s time to put my skills to the test and see what this monster really brings to the table.

What’s New in The Beast?

This isn’t just some minor DLC or cosmetic pack. The Beast feels like it’s aiming to be the savage evolution of what made Dying Light and Dying Light 2 shine. Early clips are showing new traversal mechanics, grittier environments, brutal takedowns, and what looks like a more ruthless take on the infected. The nighttime threat? Turned all the way up.

We’re talking towering abominations, twisted mutations that don’t wait for nightfall, and a city that feels alive and ready to chew you up. I’m pumped to get into the grime and see if this thing lives up to the hype.

Going Live September 21st

Catch me live on September 21, 2025, as I fire up Dying Light: The Beast for the first time. Whether it’s story progression, skill tree breakdowns, or just some unfiltered chaos as I run from Volatiles, I’m throwing it all on stream for everyone to witness.

‍ Expect parkour fails.
Expect infected getting their faces rearranged.
Expect my reactions raw and real — this isn’t a walkthrough, it’s survival in real-time.

Where to Watch

I’ll be live on:

 Twitch

 YouTube

Follow me on sleek.bio/cyberd3m0nstream for all my live links and updates.

If you’re a fan of gritty survival, high-speed rooftop chases, and good old-fashioned zombie beatdowns, you don’t want to miss this. Let’s see if The Beast is just hype — or if it’s the real nightmare fuel we’ve been waiting for.

See you in the streets.

Bethesda’s Fallout 4 for PC isn’t just another entry in the post-apocalyptic RPG franchise—it’s a massive, detailed world teeming with exploration, storytelling, and emergent gameplay. While not without its flaws, Fallout 4 continues the series’ legacy of immersive open-world design and layered role-playing elements, offering a rich sandbox for veterans and newcomers alike.

Visuals and Atmosphere

Set in the irradiated remnants of Boston, Fallout 4 crafts a hauntingly beautiful wasteland. The visual leap from Fallout 3 is immediately noticeable, with more vibrant colors, dynamic lighting, and intricately detailed environments. From the crumbling skyscrapers of the Commonwealth to eerie, overgrown suburbs, the world feels alive—even in decay. The PC version takes this a step further with mod support that enhances textures, lighting, and even adds brand-new locations.

Gameplay and Combat

At its core, Fallout 4 refines the mechanics that defined the series. V.A.T.S. returns with more fluid integration, slowing down time instead of stopping it entirely, allowing for more dynamic and tactical decision-making. The gunplay feels vastly improved over previous entries, with tighter controls and a wide variety of customizable weapons. Whether you’re using a modded plasma rifle or a rusty baseball bat, combat is satisfying and intense.

Crafting and Settlement Building

One of the most talked-about features is the robust crafting and settlement system. Players can scavenge junk throughout the world and repurpose it into walls, turrets, water purifiers, and even entire towns. While the interface can be clunky at times, especially on PC without mods, the depth of creativity this system allows is impressive and endlessly addictive. It’s a builder’s paradise tucked inside a survival RPG.

Story and Choices

The main narrative—searching for your kidnapped son—has emotional weight but sometimes lacks the impact of previous Fallout games’ branching choices. Dialogue options have been streamlined into a more cinematic system, which unfortunately reduces role-playing depth. However, the side quests are where Fallout 4 truly shines. Factions like the Brotherhood of Steel, the Railroad, and the Institute provide moral ambiguity and compelling decisions, offering multiple paths and endings.

Mods and Customization

On PC, Fallout 4 really comes into its own. Modding is not only encouraged—it’s practically a pillar of the experience. From quality-of-life tweaks and UI enhancements to total overhauls and player-created expansions, the modding community has breathed new life into the game over and over again. Whether you want better weather effects, survival mechanics, or new story content, the possibilities are endless.

Performance and Bugs

Bethesda’s Creation Engine is infamous for its quirks, and Fallout 4 is no exception. While generally stable on modern hardware, occasional crashes, physics glitches, and scripting bugs still occur. Fortunately, many of these issues are fixable with community patches. A well-modded PC version not only performs better but offers more stability than console versions.

Drawbacks of the PC Version

Despite its strengths, Fallout 4 on PC comes with several drawbacks that players should consider:

Shallow Dialogue System: The new dialogue wheel oversimplifies choices and often hides the full context of responses, leading to unintended outcomes. There’s also a noticeable lack of skill-based dialogue options, which flattens character builds.

Reduced Role-Playing Flexibility: With a fixed protagonist backstory and fewer impactful decisions, Fallout 4 limits role-playing creativity. Compared to New Vegas, choices feel less consequential.

Buggy and Unstable at Times: Although the PC version allows for fixes through mods, the base game can still suffer from bugs, crashes, and AI pathfinding issues—particularly in large, modded loadouts.

Weak Main Story: The central quest lacks urgency and emotional resonance after its opening act. It often takes a backseat to exploration and side content.

Poor User Interface: Clearly designed with consoles in mind, the UI is clunky for mouse and keyboard users. Inventory management is tedious unless overhauled by mods.

Overemphasis on Settlement Building: The base-building mechanic, while innovative, is intrusive for players who aren’t interested. Frequent alerts and limited narrative payoff make it feel like an obligation.

Repetitive Radiant Quests: Many side missions, especially from the Minutemen, feel like filler content, recycling objectives and environments.

Inconsistent World Design: While the map is rich and varied, it sometimes lacks the environmental storytelling and tight cohesion seen in earlier games.

Final Verdict

Fallout 4 on PC is an expansive, engrossing adventure that rewards curiosity and experimentation. Its systems can feel overwhelming or underdeveloped at times, and purists may lament the streamlined RPG mechanics. But what it lacks in narrative complexity, it more than makes up for with sheer scale, exploration, and player-driven creativity. For fans of the franchise or sandbox RPGs in general, it remains a must-play—and thanks to the modding scene, it’s a game that continues to evolve even years after launch.

Explore the Stop Killing Games movement, its goals, challenges, and what it means for game preservation, digital rights, and ownership in modern gaming.

If you’ve spent any time online over the past year, chances are you’ve run across the phrase “Stop Killing Games.” It’s been posted in forums, used in videos, and brought up in more arguments than anyone expected. At first glance, it might sound like a throwaway slogan—one of those things that picks up traction and disappears a week later. But this one stuck. And it stuck because it hit a nerve.

Ross Scott—yeah, the guy behind Freeman’s Mind—kicked the whole thing off. He wasn’t ranting for clicks. He was pissed because The Crew, a racing game that required an internet connection even to play solo, got shut down by Ubisoft. No servers? No game. Even if you paid full price. Gone. Just like that.

Ross didn’t just see one game going dark. He saw a pattern—publishers pulling the plug and locking players out of games they paid for. And not just obscure titles. Some were well-known. Some were loved. That’s what lit the fuse.

What “Stop Killing Games” Is Actually About

The core idea is simple enough to write on the back of a napkin: if you sell a game, don’t make it vanish later. Shut it down if you have to, but leave something behind. An offline mode. A public server tool. A way to keep it playable without needing the original company to still care.

It’s not asking for miracles. Just… respect the people who bought your product.

And it’s not some fringe rant. This got traction. Over a million signatures on an EU petition. The UK side of it even reached the point of getting a shot at Parliament. People are tired of feeling disposable—like their purchases are temporary rentals dressed up as ownership.

Who’s on Board?

Plenty of gamers, modders, and content creators jumped in. To them, it’s about more than just old games. It’s about history. It’s about ownership. They point out how we’ve preserved old films, old music, even ancient arcade machines. Games deserve that same respect. They’re culture, not clutter.

But there’s another side to this. Some folks started poking holes. “How do you expect a company to maintain hundreds of titles forever?” they ask. Fair question. Others raise the issue of legal headaches and proprietary code. Still fair.

Then there’s the part that stings a little more—the behavior. Some supporters got loud. Hostile. Not everyone’s there to build something useful. A few bad-faith actors twisted the message, turning it into a stick to beat companies—or other people—over the head with. That’s where support started to wobble.

Some folks—myself included—agree with Ross, but not necessarily with how the movement’s been handled since it blew up. The heart’s in the right place. The execution? Mixed bag.

Why Gamers Should Care

This isn’t just some “industry issue.” It’s your wallet. Your library. If a company decides to flip a switch, what happens to your collection? You paid for it. Shouldn’t you still be able to use it?

That’s what Stop Killing Games is putting on the table. They’re forcing the question: what are we actually buying? If games are online-only, and the servers are temporary, then we’re not buying games. We’re buying time. And no one really tells us how long we get.

It also sends a signal to companies: respect matters. Treat your customers like people, not data points. People will remember that.

Not Sure Where to Start?

If this all sounds interesting, and you want to read or watch more, there’s plenty out there. Whether you support it or not, knowing the facts gives you the power to speak up—or speak out—with something behind it.

Where to Learn More:

Star Wars Outlaw on PC suffers from crashes, memory leaks, and a weak storyline, leaving fans frustrated. Is it worth buying? Read our full review to find out.

TL;DR

Star Wars Outlaw on PC falls short due to major performance issues like memory leaks and frequent crashes, even on high-end systems. Combined with a lackluster storyline, the game struggles to meet fans’ expectations. Unless patches come soon, this one is tough to recommend. Score: 4/10

Here we are, friends, standing at the edge of Star Wars Outlaw, a game that—by all accounts—ought to dazzle. A sprawling universe, plenty of grit, and every resource imaginable to breathe new life into the galaxy. But it doesn’t. Instead, it stumbles, trip after irritating, turning even the beefiest PC rigs into grumbling, sputtering machines and leaving players to wonder, “What happened?” This game should be a breeze with my setup—a Ryzen 7 5700x CPU, RTX 3070 GPU, and a solid 32GB memory. Yet, it’s far from it. Let’s crack open the mess.

Performance vs. Specs: A Test of Patience

Alright, here’s the deal: Star Wars Outlaw doesn’t care if you have a setup fit for a space station. This game demands 8GB of VRAM, but weirdly, it only allocates around 5.3GB to graphics. It’s like your hardware can lift a spaceship, but the game itself demands a bike helmet. That alone raises eyebrows. You’re left watching your system juggle memory like it’s auditioning for a circus act—on a tightrope.

Memory Leak Meltdown

Now, strap in because this memory leak business is downright laughable. Imagine you’re fully immersed, maybe blasting through a tricky level, and your PC starts crawling. Outlaw quietly but relentlessly guzzles up system memory like it’s got a point to prove until the inevitable crash. And we’re talking about a complete shutdown. A game this high-profile? With all these resources? Unbelievable. Your system might be rocking 32GB of RAM, and Outlaw will find a way to chew through it like it’s nothing.

Crashes: The Unexpected Star Wars Experience

But wait—there’s more. Random crashes aren’t just a bug; they’re practically a feature—Sometimes mid-battle, mid-mission, and mid-menu crashes. You’re zipping along, maybe close to a save point, and out of nowhere, everything freezes, and the game closes. Start up again, maybe lose a few minutes, perhaps a whole mission. Doesn’t matter. These crashes are frequent, unpredictable, and deeply frustrating—adding another bitter layer to an already brittle experience.

A Storyline That Leaves the Galaxy Feeling Small

You’d hope Outlaw could compensate for the performance issues with a killer story, right? Wrong. The storyline isn’t bad, but it’s just… there. We’re talking about a Star Wars universe: a galaxy loaded with lore, beloved characters, and high stakes. But Outlaw doesn’t seem interested in meaningfully exploring any of that. It’s like they scribbled a basic plot on a napkin, slapped on a few familiar tropes, and called it a day. Flat character arcs, predictable twists, and a narrative that barely scratches the surface of what could have been a game-changing experience.

The vibe feels recycled, almost like a rerun of a mid-season episode that doesn’t quite know what it’s doing. Nothing unexpected, nothing memorable. Just a vague sense of missed potential—and the notion that maybe, just maybe, the writers weren’t sure how to make their story resonate in a galaxy this big.

Graphics vs. Gameplay: Beauty Comes at a Cost

Visually, Outlaw does have some solid moments. Fire up that RTX 3070, and you’re treated to sharp environments, immersive textures, and a world that, on the surface, feels right. The details in the character design and the sprawling vistas—are all good stuff. But what’s the point of good visuals when performance can’t hold steady? Lag spikes, inconsistent frame rates, and that endless memory drain turn the game’s aesthetics into an afterthought. You’ll want to enjoy the graphics, but the game doesn’t give you the chance.

Is It Worth the Buy? Not Right Now.

So, let’s call it. In its current state, Star Wars Outlaw isn’t worth the investment. Sure, it’s a flashy new title in the Star Wars lineup and tempting for fans. But there’s no reason to jump in right now between the memory leak that turns gameplay into a chore and the uninspired storyline that barely captures the essence of Star Wars. Maybe if they release some patches that address these issues in the future, it’ll be worth a second look. For now, save yourself the trouble and sit this one out.

Final Takeaway

For a game that should’ve been a flagship entry, Star Wars Outlaw falls flat, technically and narratively. You’ve got an iconic universe at your fingertips, but the experience is weighed down by bugs, crashes, and a story that hardly rises above mediocrity. Want to explore Star Wars in all its glory? Look elsewhere. Want to spend hours troubleshooting and dodging crashes? Then, by all means, take a chance. But most of us? We’re giving this one a pass.

What to Do Instead

Are you waiting for a fix? There’s more in Star Wars gaming—titles that won’t leave you rebooting every hour. Or, take some time and optimize your setup for better releases in the pipeline. At least that way, you’ll be ready for a game that respects your PC’s power.

FAQs for Star Wars Outlaw on PC

Feedback From Our Readers:

We’d love to hear from you! Have you tried Star Wars Outlaw on PC yet? What’s been your experience with performance and gameplay so far? Let’s keep the conversation going—your insights could help others decide if Outlaw is worth exploring!

The Verdict

Star Wars Outlaw on PC stumbles in nearly every crucial aspect, from rampant performance issues to an uninspired storyline. While it has moments of visual appeal, these are quickly overshadowed by memory leaks, frequent crashes, and a lackluster plot that doesn’t quite capture the magic of Star Wars. Unless significant updates are on the horizon, this title is difficult to recommend for PC players.

Discover the budget-friendly Ryzen 5 2400G CPU! Perfect for gamers and creators, offering stellar performance without breaking the bank. Read more!

Ryzen 5 2400G: The Budget-Friendly Processor

The Ryzen 5 2400G CPU has quickly become a favorite among budget-conscious gamers and creators. With an attractive price tag and a robust set of features, this processor offers a compelling blend of performance and value. Here, we delve into its strengths and weaknesses, providing you with a comprehensive review.

Performance and Features

The Ryzen 5 2400G stands out for its impressive performance at a budget-friendly price. Priced at approximately $118 on Amazon, it’s a steal for

those looking for a cost-effective yet capable processor. Over the past eight months, my experience with this chip has been nothing short of stellar. Its seamless integration with an RX 580 graphics card transforms gaming into an incredibly smooth experience, especially with today’s popular titles.

One of the notable features of the Ryzen 5 2400G is its compatibility with the AM4 socket and PCIe 3.0 slot. This compatibility ensures that the processor delivers lightning-fast speeds, leaving older boards in the dust. Whether you’re gaming or binge-watching the latest series, the boost in FPS and viewing quality is remarkable.

Ideal Motherboard Pairings

For those piecing together a powerful computing rig, motherboards like the B450 are highly recommended. For instance, the MSI B450M PRO-M2 Max, priced at just $74.99, is an excellent match for the AM4 socket. This motherboard is also ready to support AMD’s latest-gen chipsets, providing a future-proof solution for your setup.

Integrated Graphics: Radeon Vega 11 GPU

A standout feature of the Ryzen 5 2400G is its built-in Radeon Vega 11 GPU. For users not looking to invest in a dedicated GPU, this integrated graphics solution is a hero. While it may not handle high-end games at ultra settings, it performs admirably with less demanding titles like Minecraft.

Core and Thread Configuration

The quad-core, eight-thread setup of the Ryzen 5 2400G is akin to a Swiss Army knife, catering to various tasks from day-to-day activities to intensive gaming marathons. While Intel offers similar options, the Ryzen 5 2400G strikes a perfect balance of power and versatility.

Clock Speeds and Overclocking

Starting with a base clock speed of 3.6GHz, the Ryzen 5 2400G is well-equipped for streaming, chatting, and more. Gamers can crank it up to 3.9GHz, unlocking up to 50% more performance. However, it’s crucial to approach overclocking with caution to avoid overheating the CPU.

Temperature Management

Designed to handle temperatures up to 95°C, the Ryzen 5 2400G is best kept between 30°C and 80°C for optimal performance and longevity. Proper cooling solutions are essential to maintaining these temperatures and ensuring the CPU’s longevity.

Discover why Helldivers 2's Steam rating plummeted and how it's influencing developer talks with Sony. Read the full story here

In a surprising turn of events, Helldivers 2, the much-anticipated sequel to the cult classic cooperative shooter, has experienced a significant decline in its Steam rating. This downturn comes after a developer’s statement regarding the impact of refunds and negative reviews on their negotiations with Sony. The situation highlights the intricate dynamics between player feedback, developer strategies, and platform relationships. This article delves into the multifaceted aspects of this development and its implications for the gaming community and industry stakeholders.

Helldivers 2 launched to high expectations, promising an evolved gameplay experience and deeper cooperative mechanics. However, the reception quickly shifted as players expressed dissatisfaction with various aspects of the game. The crux of the issue stemmed from gameplay mechanics, perceived value versus price point, and technical issues at launch.

The accumulation of over 145,000 negative reviews on Steam significantly impacted the game’s overall rating, pushing the developers into a defensive position. In an unusual move, a developer from Arrowhead Game Studios mentioned that this overwhelming negative feedback “gives us more pull in discussions with Sony.” This statement suggests that the volume of refunds and poor ratings has become a leverage point in their business negotiations, particularly regarding support and revising their partnership or distribution terms.

The developer’s assertion that negative feedback could serve as leverage is a rare and candid acknowledgment of how critical user reviews can be in the business dynamics of video game publishing. It highlights a complex layer of strategy where consumer dissatisfaction directly influences corporate discussions and decisions.

This situation also highlights the power dynamic between developers and large console manufacturers like Sony. It implies that significant backlash and financial impacts (like mass refunds) can force larger entities to reconsider their terms or support levels, potentially leading to more favorable conditions for developers.

The Helldivers 2 scenario underscores the significant influence of the gaming community. Player feedback, especially en masse, can transcend traditional customer service issues and become a strategic element in high-level business negotiations. This development is a clear indicator of the evolving role of consumers in the video game industry, where their collective voice can sway significant decisions and outcomes.

Furthermore, this situation highlights the importance of developers listening to and engaging with their community. The initial negative response can be a critical input for game updates, enhancements, and future projects, ensuring that the games align more closely with player expectations and preferences.

Steam reviews have long been a barometer for player sentiment and a crucial factor in a game’s success or failure. In the case of Helldivers 2, the sheer volume of negative reviews affected its sales and positioned the developer in a unique bargaining situation with one of the industry’s giants.

This incident illustrates the dual-edged nature of digital platforms, where visibility and community engagement can quickly make or break a game’s reputation. It also stresses the importance of robust quality assurance and player-oriented development before launch.

The unfolding events around Helldivers 2 offer several lessons for the gaming industry. When shaping a game’s reception and commercial success, it is crucial always to consider the power of community feedback. Secondly, transparency and open communication with players can mitigate negative perceptions and foster a loyal user base.

Developers and publishers should reconsider how they engage with and respond to community feedback, integrating it more profoundly into their development cycles and marketing strategies. This approach could improve game quality and enhance player satisfaction and loyalty.

The dramatic shift in Steam ratings for Helldivers 2, driven by overwhelming negative reviews, represents a pivotal moment in understanding the interaction between player communities and game developers. As the industry continues to evolve, the power of player feedback and its implications for business strategies will undoubtedly play an increasingly significant role. In light of these events, developers and platform holders must navigate these dynamics with a renewed focus on communication, quality, and community engagement.
